I'm Northern enough to be frank, but lived South long enough to be polite about it. I grew up on the coast of Maine. Moved to Florida and went halfway back to North Carolina where I and my family stayed since the 90's. I call it the Goldilocks story; North was too cold. South too hot, but Western North Carolina just right. We have 3 children - 3 grandchildren - horses - dogs and other sorted pets. We love animals and the Asheville area.
