TASHEA is the GOAT in Real Estate! She has the best work ethic I have ever seen. She was/is STILL my mentor. My first transaction in VA was my personal home. I worked with Tashea to buy my first house in the middle of a pandemic. Just saying it could be enough to cause a panic attack but Tashea made the whole process so easy! Tashea McDade is a most excellent real estate agent; and I could not be more pleased with her work, high ethical standards, dedication, and knowledge of real estate procedures & market trends.

I found Tashea from an Internet search. Tashea is warm, helpful, comforting, sharp, smart and friendly. From the first time I spoke with her, being in search of our first home to purchase, Tashea immediately put me at ease. She said to me, “no worries, I’ll take care of you,” and with her as an agent, it really was that easy.

Tashea far exceeded my expectations as being a highly skilled, professional, experienced, patient, kind, considerate, tenacious, detailed and thorough real estate agent. She is also infectiously upbeat, positive and encouraging.

She went above and beyond what was necessary to seal the deal, and she never once made me feel like I was annoying (which I can be). Tashea patiently walked me through every step with expertise, precision and knowledge. She is very wise, organized, honest, trustworthy and thoughtful.

Although I know she is very busy, she always made me feel like I was her only client. Tashea never rushed me off the phone or made me feel like I was disturbing her. She was always accessible, be it via e-mail, phone or text.

I could tell Tashea was genuinely excited for us. She was even willing to sacrifice personal plans to ensure she was there every step of the way to negotiate for and protect us. She is no push over in dealing with sellers’ agents either. Tashea is creative, thinks outside the box, and was not afraid to talk sense into me when I went off the rails a bit. I like that she is super sweet but tough, even to me, when necessary.

I can tell Tashea really loves what she does and it’s not all about commission. I know from dealing with her that, to her, it’s much more about taking care of her clients. We ended up having a long, drawn out process over many months.

However, Tashea never rushed us to make a decision but she did stay on me about signing paperwork in a timely fashion, and no detail escaped her. When Tashea says she is going to do something, she indeed does it. I never had to remind her of anything, she was the one who reminded me. Tashea is a very skilled and thorough communicator.

She did not just hold my hand through the process, in some instances I feel like she carried me. Tashea took her time with me, answering and explaining every little detailed question I had about the contracts, contingencies and agreements. She made everything as easy as possible, and I had a lot fun working with her. Tashea even directed me to the right sources for things outside of her scope of duties like mortgage, title, home warranty and homeowners insurance questions.

She is nothing short of a great blessing to us. I felt safe with Tashea, which is saying a lot. She did not let anyone take advantage of us. And, aside from everything else, Tashea has a very sweet personality, a calming voice and a smile that lights up any room. She is an absolute joy to know.

I could go on and on about Tashea McDade, which is a rarity because I have not felt inclined to write many reviews for other professionals or businesses. I just don’t know how I can possibly thank her for everything she has done. We are extremely happy with the deal she negotiated for us, and I have no regrets in our purchase because of TASHEA MCDADE. She started out as our agent but now and forever, I call her “Friend.”

I have known Tashea for over 12+ years! She is a very nice, hard working and kind-hearted individual. Tashea takes pride in everything she does and makes everyone that she comes into contact with feel welcome!
