Tatiana and Diana were the best realtors I have ever used. Tatiana took us on a least 4 different weekends to look at prospective houses and when we found the one we wanted she helped us through the process of purchasing the home from a difficult seller. She was with us at the home appraisal, helped our niece perform the walk through (since we were unable to be present) and came over the day we moved in with a card, wine and pizza. Also the ability to get a quick response to calls or texts was so satisfying. It was comforting to know that when I had questions or wanted a status she was always just a phone call or text away. Incredibly above and beyond.

Tatiana also recommended a very good loan person that was equally responsive to our needs and got us through the roller coaster of the market due to the Covid-19 issue.

My wife and I are planning on purchasing another home in the area and there is a 100% chance we will be using Tatiana and Diana.
Really the best experience and customer service I've ever had.

Diana and Tatiana sold our home in Estvale and did an amazing job. We are very happy clients. Our home was very large - in order to get the price possible, at The Rojas Real Estate team’s guidance we decided to price lower than we had expected in order to create sufficent interest to put us hopefully at or above our target price. The strategy worked as we ended up selling above the target price. We believe we achieved the price we did because of Diana and Tatiana team’s great work, both in terms of the marketing of the home and during the negotiaton process during which we dealt with multiple simultaneous offers. It would be impossible to find a better team than Diana and Tatiana.
As a buyer you've probably come across so many agents who just give you a bad feeling- but the moment I met with Diana and Tatiana, I immediately knew I could trust them and I knew they were dedicated to finding my perfect 1st home.
Instantly they connected me with a knowledgeable lender with excellent rates, and took the time to understand what was important to me... They were always available to address any questions I had and provided me with spot on recommendations on how to proceed during negotiations.
A couple months later- their professionalism, drive and savvy negotiating skills made ME A HOMEOWNER!! With a deal I feel should be framed somewhere.
I honestly can't say how grateful I am to have had them as my agents- they made an overwhelming process, a cake walk.

Tatiana and Diane were the best and helped us find the perfect new house. They would show us any house without hesitation and would even go above and beyond to do things we wouldn't even ask for, like check in on electrical that was fixed post inspection just to ensure it was completed accurately. After we closed escrow they even visited us and congratulated us with a beautiful housewarming party. They are professional, understanding, patient and hard working! I would highly recommend them!
