Allie and Team Tatiana helped me find an amazing rental property. We were on a strict budget and we were not having luck in the competitive rental environment in Hoboken. Tatiana hit the ground running to understand my property needs when listing my unit and finding a tenant. She stayed in communication throughout and engaged her team to act quickly given the timing of the market and when my unit would be vacant. Her team member Jay properly screened my prospective tenant and overall made the process smooth. Anthony was awesome during the process of buying a home. Me and my husband moved from Florida and had zero knowldge about the Jersey area. Tatiana and her team are very professional and responsive which helped us close 2 different leases not even in 2 week period.

We recently rented a condo unit for ourselves and rented out our own condo unit for tenants simultaneously.
As an owner, it can be very nervous since everything is time sensitive. The team were always there and responsive when it comes to scheduling showings and answering questions from prospective tenants. And it made me feel comfortable and relaxed since they earned their credibility by being proactive and accommodating.

Anthony was an absolute pleasure to work with. Since the beginning of my process he has been responsive, very kind, and informative. Anthony communicated fast and efficiently. I made my inquiry for the apartment I am moving into, in the very early hours of the morning. Anthony responded and scheduled a tour with my sister and I later that morning, and we viewed our new home in the evening. We loved the place, and after Anthony informed us that others were interested but hadn't yet locked anything in, I knew I had to jump on it. So from then the process went quickly, and by the middle of the week we had signed the lease, and received our keys.
