Tatyana Hall, real estate agent, from Waters Edge Realty, exceeded my expectations. Tatyana made the whole process of selling my property in Foley, Alabama a wonderful experience. From the beginning Tatyana did her research. She also had beautiful pictures taken and did the advertising, signage, and cast a wide net outside of our area. Tatyana Hall is very detailed and dedicated. She kept me informed during the entire process, providing me with copies of all the necessary documents.. She went above and beyond the call of duty. I would like to say great big thank you to Tatyana for helping me to find a house of my dreams on the coast of Alabama. We relocated from out of state, Tatyana was the one who coordinated the whole process from the beginning to the end. She was keeping us informed every step of the way, sending pictures, video and updates. She sent us contacts to all the venders, which was a great help to us.

Tatyana was more than a realtor to me and my family while buying our house. We bought a new construction and it took almost 10 months to build after signing the contract. She stayed with us every step of the process. Every issue that came up all we had to do is give her a call and she was on top of it. I can't explain just how professional and customer minded she is in this limited space. Tatyana didn't give us the feeling she was there just to make a sell. She truly loves her job and helping her customers get the best home for their money and best home buying experience. She didn't try to tell us what we wanted to hear but instead told us the truth and what we needed to hear. If I could give Tatyana more then 5 stars I would. If you are lucky enough to get Tatyana as a realtor, I can guarantee you that you are in good hands. Tatyana, thank you for everything you did for us.

We meet Tatyana in a lobby of the Hotel, where we are working. She was doing an Open Hose. Tatyana start tolking to us and we felt like we could talk to her about anything! Mainly about our dream to buy a house!!! Dream we thoudgh could not come true. Tatyana introdused us to great lender Tim Fitzhugh, helped us with a few challenges in the preopproval prosess and 3 month letter we moved in our new home!!!! Tatyana's knowlidge of our native language was huge comfort!!! WE WILL RECOMEND TATYANA to every one!!! She is very thoughtful and dedicated to her clients! My husband and I were moving from out of Virginia state to an area we have no clue and didn't know and had no connections with. Luckily, we found Tatyana and she helped us find a terrific new home in Foley, Alabama. She was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us First she helps to sold our home in Virginia . We looked at different neighborhoods and weigh the benefits of them new area in Alabama. We had limited time to look at homes and Tatyana worked tirelessly to help us look at many houses during our short visit. She was great at working with us by email and phone as well. We ended up contract with new construction a house without seeing it, and were very confident in the information Tatyana provided about the house.
