As a Northern Nevada native, and a seasoned real estate professional Tawny Garrick brings a strong understanding of all that the areas landscape has to offer. Having sold properties throughout all areas of Reno/Sparks, and many of the surrounding cities that make up Northern Nevada she is well versed in helping clients understand all of the unique pockets that make this area such an amazing place to live. Before her career in real estate she worked for her dad’s construction company for several years where she was fortunate to form many meaningful relationships with local contractors. With those formed relationships, she has created several resources that benefit her clients’ construction needs both during the buying/selling process and after closing. While the market is always changing- one thing that has remained constant for Tawny and that is her work ethic as she will work tirelessly to ensure her clients’ satisfaction has been well exceeded.
