With experience in helping clients navigate their purchases and sales of several different types of local properties from single-family homes and new construction in the city of Steamboat Springs, to resort area condos and townhomes, to rural land, guest ranches, and even development land, Taylor has garnered a vast knowledge of local trends in several different market segments which he can pass on to his clients helping them make the best decisions for their real estate goals. In 2019, Taylor was a proud recipient of the Rising Star Award at Colorado Group Realty having represented clients in over $8,000,000 in successful sales. His skills, experience, work ethic, and positive attitude make him the perfect choice no matter what your real estate needs and goals.

Taylor graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a BA in Economics and has followed national and local real estate markets since his studies in college. In his free time, Taylor’s favorite things to do usually revolve around the countless outdoor sports that Steamboat Springs offers. Taylor is an avid whitewater kayaker and is lucky enough to have kayaked and even lead kayaking trips for kids throughout North and South America. Each summer Taylor takes one week for his “other job” – guiding a kids kayaking expedition for Explore Expeditions. Since moving to Steamboat, he has also become a huge fan of snowboarding, snowmobiling, and mountain biking.
