Experience and knowledge is what separates this team from the rest, as we went through a few agents that cost us thousands of dollars due to not knowing the idiosyncrasies of the real estate businesses. Cheryl found a home that wasn’t listed on Zillow, etc., that we fell in love with immediately. The selling agent and owner were ‘challenging’ (to be PC about it, lol). Sandy was there at the appraisal to make sure the numbers came out, and we closed on our dream home. Now, team Albanese-Repko are friends for life.

Sandy Albanese has been our realtor for over 2 decades. We bought our first house 22 years ago and we continue to only do business with her.

She has consistently gone above and beyond for us; whether it was researching and organizing confusing documentation, working extensively with title companies to meet deadlines, acquiring city records and dealing with condominium board meetings and other required docs' - the list goes on and on...

More impressive and touching than any professional deed are her incredible people skills and ability to become someone we consider as part of our extended family with how much she cares for us. Also, her son, Ryan Repko, is carrying out her legacy and good values (the apple doesn't fall far from the tree). The whole team , including Cheryl, is extremely professional and very responsive. Thanks again for helping us out on our most recent condo sale.

A Little Background For Those Reading My Review Wondering If This Company Is Right For You, It Is!
I Met Cheryl Just A Week Ago When She Showed Me The Most Amazing Apartment. She Talked About The Neighborhood, The Features In The Unit, The Works.
However, Beyond That, We Talked About Our Lives A Small Bit But Enough For Me To Know That She Was A Real Person, Not Someone Just Trying To Make A Quick Buck, Honestly Talking To Cheryl Was Like Talking To A Friend Which Helped Reassure Me That I Was In Good Hands.
Here’s What Really Makes This A 5 Star Review Though, I Unfortunately Didn’t Get The Apartment I Wanted. However, Not Only Was I Bummed Out, But Cheryl Was Too! How Do I Know? Because This Awesome Women Told Me To Not Give Up Because She Wasn’t Either. Reminder, I Met Cheryl Just To Look At An Apartment, She Very Well Could Of Gave Me The Bad News and Then Said ‘See You Never’ But She Didn’t, Instead She Offered Advice, Support and Her Knowledge To Help Me Find My Perfect Apartment. I’m Still Looking For An Apartment While I Writing This, But Talking To Cheryl Today I Knew I Just HAD To Let Other People Know Just How Wonderful She Is.

I absolutely loved working with this team! Sandy and everybody else are so nice and great to work with. While home buying is such a long and extensive process the team was there with us every step of the way. I truly felt like me and my family were number one priority throughout the process. Communication was amazing and responses were quick and efficient. Thanks to team Albanese we found the perfect starter home for our family and we couldn't be happier!!
