Ted Bitting

Labeled as the Racer's Realtor®, Ted Bitting has been growing his career since 2001 helping families find their desired lifestyle through buying and selling real estate. Ted and his wife, Melissa, left teaching jobs in Iowa to operate a mobile preschool/childcare center that traveled the Indycar Circuit. With their own small children in tow they experienced all of America and forged great relationships within the racing community.

As their kids grew and the transition into real estate became demanding, Ted traded in pitstops and traveling for a traditional lifestyle with his family in Hendricks Co., IN. To fill the teaching void, Ted now manages Carpenter Realtors® perennial #1 office in Brownsburg. Leading, hiring and mentoring Realtors® fills part of his day while he continues to help his own client base buy and sell real estate. To fill the competitive spirit that racing once filled he spends some of his energy coaching basketball, football, soccer and track for his kids.

Although, people that know Ted would say that he is too laid back to be competitive. He finds more enjoyment in seeing the individual growth and building the confidence of each child he coaches more so than winning a game.
