05/09/2012 - user5596974 Showed home in 2012 in Sixmile, Maryville, TN 37803. Ted is the Real Deal! He made my home buying experience throughly enjoyable. My wife and I wanted to re-locate from Ft. Lauderdale to Maryville. Ted provided expert guidance with out ever making me feel like he was trying to sell me. We closed on our new home on May 7th 2012, only 2 months after making our first visit to Maryville. I was out of town for all of the inspections, but Ted represented us for the inspections and for a general contractor to provide us estimates for the updates we wanted to make on our new home. I was amazed and impressed how well he communicated our needs and concerns during the inspection and negotiation process. We always knew where the process stood yet we were 870 miles away. I have never had a major purchase run this smooth nor have I ever sought out a place to brag about any business I have ever worked with or purchased from. Ted was so impressive I had to seek a place to thank him publicly, Thanks Ted.

08/04/2011 - Springer48 Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Maryville, TN. Ted Crain responded to my RE/MAX website inquiry and showed me all the homes I had picked out as likely candidates. I asked him to point out any defects that he saw as we toured different houses for several days. His expertise was readily apparent as well as his obvious desire to protect my interests as we searched for the house that I eventually bought through him.
