Born and raised on the island of Oahu, Ted possesses a deep passion for both real estate and connecting with people. With eight years of dedicated experience as a full-time real estate agent, including four years specializing in property management, Ted's unique background also extends to the investor realm, where he actively engages in house flipping and buy-and-hold rental property investments. An alumnus of Kailua High, the University of Southern California (USC, Go Trojans!), and Fuller Theological Seminary, Ted's career has been marked by his commitment to serving others. For over two decades, he served as a youth pastor, including eight years as a missionary in Yokohama, Japan. Today, Ted takes pride in being a devoted husband and father of three, calling Kapahulu home. He enjoys a range of interests, from movies and Taco Bell to indulging in butter mochi and basketball. Ted remains actively engaged in his local church, Grace Honolulu.
