Ted guided us through a period of low inventory - and a time when real estate practices were evolving. He did so with incredible patience and an unwaveringly positive attitude. He always responded to our questions quickly and efficiently. Not only are his skills outstanding, so is his knowledge of the technicalities of the financial and construction aspects of the real estate business. Ted's persistence and good humor reduced the unavoidable stress of buying, selling, and moving. We now have the homes that ticks all the boxes, and we sold our previous home quickly and at a great price! Thanks, Ted!

I had the pleasure of meeting Ted 6 years ago involving my current house. He was very helpful, polite and thorough. He went above and beyond. Then 2 years ago he helped me again with my parents' properties. Ted was always pleasant and answered any questions we had. Great person!!

We started working with Ted in the spring of 2016. We were buying our first home and had alot of questions and were very particular about what we wanted. Ted was very patient with us and made himself available any time! He made sure we did not make any rushed decisions and made us feel like he was really on our side and not just out for comission! We were so pleased with Ted we called him back 5 years later when we were ready to sell that home and buy a new one. What we got was the same patient and available Ted but with more experience and seemed even more resourceful. I still call Ted with questions and am never made to feel like I am being a nuisance. I look forward to working with Ted again in the future!

Ted helped me with my first home buying experience. I was extremely nervous about the whole process and was honestly just clueless but Ted helped explain all the steps and was able to answer any question I had. Even when dealing with difficulties from either the bank or the seller, Ted had my back and helped me get the ball rolling. I know some people say that realtors just want to make a sale and move onto the next client but Ted is not like that. He cares about you getting the best deal and not get stuck with a home that has alot of issues. Truly happy with the home I got and look forward to hosting for the holidays

Ted was awesome in helping Jess and I buy our first home! We were picky and looked at a lot of houses but Ted was patient and never let us get discouraged. Eventually we found the perfect house for us and Ted helped us through the process of buying. He was relaxed and I never felt pressure throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend!

Ted was super easy to work with and very accommodating in arranging house showings. We traveled over 5 hours to view housing options and Ted set aside ample time to ensure we were able to view all the houses we were interested in seeing. The last house was a "for sale by owner" and Ted was able to arrange the showing, work with the seller, and assist us ultimately with the purchase. We are extremely satisfied with his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommended!!

We contacted Ted to sell my late father's home a few years ago. At the time, with so much else going on and the house being 30 mins away from my home and place of work, it was a lot to take on to get the house prepped and ready to sell. When looking for our home, we did not really know any realtors in the Quad City area. By the luck of the draw we ended up with Ted. I cannot say enough wonderful, positive things about Ted. He is professional, knowledgeable and patient. He must have showed us 50 homes...smiling and being a joy through it all. He pointed out the positives and negatives. We have owned 9 homes and Ted Leuck is without a doubt the best realtor we have ever worked with.
