Ted Rebitzer has been active in commercial real estate since 1998. His established background in residential real estate afforded him the expertise to have easily entered the commercial real estate market.
Based in the company’s headquarters in Davenport, Iowa, and licensed in both Iowa and Illinois, Ted has extensive knowledge of the marketplace and can handle all facets of commercial real
estate.
Ted obtained his degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin. Previous
work experience includes sales and operations management for the nation’s leading specialty
retailer where he received multiple awards for customer service, sales, improved operations,
and the ownership of his own business.
Ted has participated in over $75,000,000 in the development of commercial properties. He has provided third-party management of over 2,000,000 square feet of retail and office properties. Past and current projects include the development of single family housing subdivisions, strip retail centers, senior housing facilities and the redevelopment of a mixed use historical building.
Ted has negotiated nearly $6 million in tax incentive and other financial packages.
Ted also has extensive experience in the renovation of existing structures including tenant
involvements and capital projects. He has successfully completed acquisitions and dispositions
for family businesses to Fortune 500 companies and understands the complexities of doing
such.
His community involvement includes Bettendorf Development Corporation, Past Board of
Directors for the Bettendorf Chamber of Commerce, Bettendorf Economic Development
Committee and Junior Achievement. Additional involvement in IREM and ICSC among other
civic and not-for-profit organizations.
