Tera walked us through the homebuying process like a seasoned veteran. The current market is full of unethical sellers looking to make as much profit as possible; so, we found it a blessing that Tera possesses a moral compass that point True North while she showed us how to navigate through this homebuying ecosystem.

It is also worth noting that Tera is still here for us after the closing process. She has helped us out multiple times from linking up with utility contractors and the furnace repairman to small acts of kindness like brining in our mail while we were in the process of moving from coast to coast.

When it comes time for our next move, we will 100% seek out Tera again.

So thankful we had the pleasure to work with Tera Zapata while selling our home. She was super responsive and very accommodating to any requests we had, even in the wee hours of the night. She is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping our best interests in mind. She shows great attention to the details enabling the task at hand. We can’t say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry. One of the qualities we respected the most about Tera was her no-nonsense style. Being a military family, we didn’t have much time to waste and barely any wiggle room with our dates we had to move by, etc. She gets to the point quickly, yet professionally, always respecting our time.
