Teresa did an outstanding job with the EXTREMELY quick sale of our home! Her knowledge, professionalism and communication skills made selling our home a positive process. Teresa worked closely with us and went above and beyond. She provided us with individualized attention and always gave timely responses to our email, texts and calls. Not only did she respond quickly to our questions but she would call to check in to see how the process was going for us!

Teresa will do her best to ensure that she focuses her efforts into selling your home while providing exceptional knowledge and support during the entire process. From help staging, marketing, listing, and showing to the final closing when you put pen to paper, she is there for you!

We absolutely had an incredible homebuying experience with Teresa Bakke of inspiring home sales! Her communication with us through the entire process was extraordinary. Whenever we had questions, and we had quite a few, she was available and patient to walk us through it. We found her to be very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of home buying, as well as the communities that we were home shopping in. She was diligent to find properties that were potential choices for us. To be honest, I think she was as just excited as we were when she found us our dream home!

We highly recommend working with Teresa and her team. As stressful as new home shopping can be, Teresa worked hard to make it a fun and joyous experience! She even threw us a house warming party!
