We cannot say enough how much we appreciated Teresa's support as our buyer's agent! We were very nervous to enter a tough market and work through such a big decision, but Teresa was patient and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Even though we were being picky in a challenging market, Teresa took the time to really understand what we were looking for in a home and make suggestions accordingly. She also patiently explained all of the new twists in the process for our first time home-buying experience. We constantly felt like she had our back!

Most importantly, she's on your team and will look out for your interest. We had an exceptional experience working with Teresa recently. She knows how to get it done, and provided excellent information along the way. While other agents we had worked with could not make it happen, Teresa did so in one weekend. Teresa Burton handled the entire process while we were living in another state, which meant she had to meet with carpenters and painters and represent us and our best interest.
