Teresa Chiles

What a wonderful privilege it is to work in such an exciting industry! The purchase or sale of a home is one of the largest investments most people make in their lifetime and Teresa has been honored to represent so many people since she began my career. Besides her experience and continuing education in real estate, Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Middle Tennessee State University. She has also used that experience in commercial and retail endeavors as well. She loves to share her enthusiasm about Middle Tennessee!

Teresa’s areas of specialty include Williamson County, Davidson County, and Giles County. Aligning herself with the community and its many projects allows her to meet the most wonderful people and learn incredible facts that she can also pass along to her clients. She usually prefers service-oriented projects in helping others. Teresa’s home is her family! She is married to a wonderful husband, West and they have two precious labs!
