I was born and raised in a small town in Iowa, which shaped my values early—work hard, treat people right, and always do what you say you’re going to do. Life has taken me many places since then, including time serving our country, raising a family, and building a career I truly love. Along the way, I’ve learned that buying or selling a home is never just a transaction—it’s a deeply personal moment, often tied to big life changes.
With over 20 years in real estate and more than $87 million in career sales, I’ve helped hundreds of individuals and families find the right place to call home. I’m proud to have served 188 veterans, closed 502 homes, and maintained an average sales price of $259,000, but what matters most to me is how my clients feel throughout the process—supported, heard, and confident in their decisions.
Clients often describe me as patient, knowledgeable, and someone who truly handles every detail with care. I take the time to listen, explain, and guide—whether it’s a first-time buyer full of questions or a seasoned homeowner navigating their next chapter. Many of my clients become repeat clients, and often friends, which I consider the greatest compliment of all.
Outside of real estate, I’m a mom, a lifelong learner, a Pepsi lover on stressful days, and someone who believes in giving back to the community that has given me so much. I stay actively involved in professional leadership and education so I can continue bringing value, insight, and steady guidance to the people who trust me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
