user281139, My husband and I sold our home and bought our current home with Teresa. We were very pleased with the whole process. She worked hard with both of the properties and always let us know what she was doing on our behalf. Teresa was reliable and communicated with us frequently. Whenever we called with a question or concern, she always returned our calls. Teresa had so much knowledge about current trends in the real estate market and which of our expectations would be met and which were impractical due to the economy. The advertising of our first property was top-notch. Her computer skills allowed her to do an excellent job at marketing our place, and our property was viewed constantly on a large amount of sites. We highly recommend her for her accessibility, reliability, experience, foresight, honesty, and professionalism.
