Teresa was great to work with while we were searching for and purchasing our new home! She was always available and made sure we were scheduled quickly for any showing we asked for! She communicated everything in a timely/professional manner and made sure that everything went smoothly at closing!! During the whole process Teresa was very responsive, answered any and all questions we had, and made the house hunting process much easier! She helped us find exactly what we were looking for in a home, making sure it was perfect for our growing family! She was exactly what we needed when it came to purchasing a home! I would recommend her to anyone!!

This was our first time of purchasing a house. As expected, we were VERY apprehensive about the process overall. I can confidently say working with Teresa was the best decision we made. We met with her, shared our very specific requests (size, zip code, cost, diverse neighbourhood etc), and she patiently worked with us through out the process, educating us on the way, recommending why a house was not the right choice, going to bat with unprofessional selling agents, and finally in finding and helping us close on THE perfect house. In all, she was patient, professional, and super responsive; irrespective of the day of the week and the time - when there is a house available, she is making the calls and scheduling a show. Teresa truly has a gift of making you feel at ease and knows her craft inside out. I cannot recommend her enough. 10/10 Stars. Thank you Teresa. Looking forward to keeping in touch. You are a STAR.

EDIT: Teresa just helped me buy my first rental property and the process was awesome. With less than a week between viewing the property and closing on the sale, Teresa was a boss! She got everyone on board with a quick close and made it happen. I truly mean it when I say that she will be my realtor (and more importantly, my friend) for life.

I found Teresa randomly. She had sold a few other homes on my parents' street and a neighbor gave me her name. My parents died unexpectedly and left me with two houses to clean out and put on the market, and Teresa was a blessing to me. In the depths of my grief, while working a full time job with no familial help, Teresa was my angel. She was available any time I needed her, she was able to answer all of my questions with precise knowledge that only an experienced realtor would have, and on the days that things were too overwhelming and I couldn't cope, Teresa was there asking me what she could do. She has a magic about her that I can't explain. She can sell it all! The two home she sold for me couldn't be more different - one a small home in Middletown, the other a large farmhouse with 20 acres. She's always on the go, getting things done and pushing deals forward quickly and to her client's benefit. She has a contact for everything! Painters, roofers, garage door repair...she will get someone out for you. Not only will she be my realtor for all needs going forward, but I now consider her a lifelong friend.

Teresa was an outstanding partner in helping us sell our property. She provided great advice during the negotiation process, presenting pros, cons and alternatives in terms I could understand. She was proactive in ensuring details and next steps were handled ASAP to ensure progress toward closing stayed on (or ahead) of schedule. Finally, her positive attitude made the overall experience great. Definitely recommend using Teresa!

Teresa has been wonderful to work with. She was always in constant communication about where we were in the process. She listed our house on a Thursday afternoon, had open house on Saturday and we were under contract Saturday afternoon. I highly recommend her and would definitely choose her again to seek a house!

We have had the best experience of our lives on buying and selling a home through Teresa Hall she is wonderful she knows exactly what she’s doing very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of both processes she’s very patient and respectful especially when it comes to the elderly. Teresa keeps everyone informed throughout all the processes. I would tell everyone I know that was buying or selling a house to call Teresa Hall she is wonderful at what she does.

Teresa has been absolutely amazing in this whole process!!! She was always quick to answer my calls and texts, even on weekends and late evenings. If she didn’t have the answers, she found out quickly for me. I felt like she really “fought” for me as a realtor and was on the ball when new homes came on the market. She found me the perfect home for me and my daughters and I couldn’t be more thankful for her!!!

This whole experience was a big thing for me but Teresa stood by my side through it all and encouraged me when I needed it the most. She was willing to show us house after house, when the disappointment came after failed offers or finding the perfect house I wanted to see but it was already pending. She would always look at me and promise me that we would find the perfect one and oh boy was she right. I could never thank her enough. God placed her in my life exactly when I needed her. This was a “Best in Class” experience in selling a home. Teresa does an excellent job to keep you up-to-date on all activities and schedules. She spends the necessary time to explain and walk you through the entire process to make certain you are very well informed. She is extremely proactive in all levels of communication.
