We purchased a home in The Viilages Florida. Teresa and her husband Mike really got the job done well. We live in another state and really needed their expert advice and honesty when they would take videos of the houses and send them for us to view. They listened to our needs and wants and really focused in getting us the home of our dreams. We trusted them when they would say, Hey this house isn't what you guys are looking for or we know you guys are going to love this one. In this day and age it's hard to find honest hard working people. Well look no further because The Hurley Group goes above and beyond what it expected. They take the stress out of home buying. This was our first home purchase and Teresa made the entire process a fun and enjoyable experience. Teresa answered her phone consistently and if she missed my call, she would call me back within a couple of minutes. When I saw new listings come on the market that I liked, she would always show me the homes on the same day. Teresa is a great negotiator; even in this highly competitive seller's market, we were able to get a deal on a beautiful home. We had a strict time crunch to buy a home before our lease ended and she stayed on the ball throughout the process making sure that we closed in time to meet our deadline. She is also pretty clever as she found a way to make our offer as appealing as possible to the sellers and we actually got the home of our dreams even though we did not submit the highest offer! Teresa was extremely helpful in finding a home for us, helping us with the negotiations, and securing financing for us. We would highly recommend her to any of our friends or family interested in a home purchase or selling. We looked at a lot of houses-some from the internet- some in person. It is very tough to buy another house in another state, but Teresa made it easy by giving us an accurate opinion and videos of the houses we were looking at.
