For our sellers, we create a comprehensive custom marketing plan to reach the most potential buyers and help get the highest price possible. We use open houses, broker showings and mail, social media and internet marketing to find a buyer. Our team treats customers the same way they would want to be treated. Marc has years of real estate experience and a specialty in commercial and investment property.

Teresa is a third generation native of the St. Augustine area and Marc has lived here since childhood. They have seen the real estate market in the area evolve from sleepy beach towns into thriving communities.
