My wife and I recently sold our home and Theresa and Andy Nelson represented us in the transaction. We lived in our home for almost 30 years and to say we were dug in was an understatement. Theresa provided a brilliant oversight to the process of prepping to sell. She sat down and partnered with us to lay out a plan that would not only address the obvious, but include small nuances that truly helped present our property in the best light. We raised our family in the house and a big part of us wanted to provide a similar opportunity for another young family. When we finished all of the items on our to do lists, Theresa stepped up to the podium and took over the like a well rehearsed orchestra leader. All of the events leading up to the listing, showings, presenting offers and in a very short order a completed transaction. She and Andy are a Real Estate force you should use. They work great together, had our interests first but kept the sellers perspective and priorities shortly after. At no time did we not understand what and why something was happening. Through it all I believe not only did we engage the services of two lovely professionals - we have some new friends that I'm looking forward to seeing soon. I can not say enough good things about Theresa & Andy. Well beyond what might be expected and firmy entrenched in providing things you don't even know your going to need plus much, much more. A grand experience for all involved.

Making the largest financial decision of your life carries a weight to it, therefore working with someone that’s able to easy concerns is a gift. First off I'd like to thank Teresa for getting us our very first house! My boyfriend and I had been house hunting on our own for quite some time. Teresa and her husband Andy went above and beyond what was expected. I was selling my dad’s estate home and Andy helped me clean up the property. Teresa had excellent connections for the bio stains on the carpets as if it never happened. Teresa was patient with the poor management company of the 55+ community. "The home we were selling needed a lot of work. Teresa is very hands on and put in a lot of effort into cleaning as well as staging. She has excellent connections with affordable contractors. We needed the entire home re-carpeted, re-painted, a deck replaced, outdoor landscaping and many others. She also provided expertise on where to invest on repairs, such as whether to replace windows. She also provided an inspector so we knew what questions buyers would raise. She is excellent and I can't imagine working with anyone else."

Teresa is one smart, hard working, super knowledgeable, professional, wonderful person to work with! I had to sell my father's condo after he passed, and Teresa was a superstar in helping me deal with what felt like an overwhelming task of cleaning it out and listing it. Her advice about everything--how to sort through items and decide what to keep and what to pass on, when to list, how to price it, how to structure the offer period--all of it was absolutely spot on, and was all given as advice with full and kind respect for my own ultimate decision making. We've done both buying and selling with Teresa. She was a fantastic agent on both sides of the transactions. Most recently she sold our first home turned income property. She gave us good advice for a speedy sale (pre-inspection) and arranged for bids and repairs of the problems identified before listing. The staging was phenomenal and we got multiple offers.
