Teresa is very trust worthy, she is a very hard worker and she did what ever it took to maximize the price with we got for the house.. I highly recommend Teresa to anyone who is buying or selling a home.

Teresa was absolutely wonderful to work with! She helped us buy our new home and sell our prior one all within a month! Teresa is extremely personable, honest, and easy to communicate with. Teresa is a straight shooter who will not steer you wrong! As a first time home buyer Teresa did an excellent job educating my wife and me along the process. We appreciated her candidness and straight-to-the-point style when making recommendations. She also was very creative with helping to make us competitive when putting in an offer on our eventual home. Overall, Teresa is very knowledgeable regarding the industry and what it takes to help her clients. When it comes time to sell or buy again, there is no one else that I would rather have on my side than Teresa.

I wish we could give Teresa 10 stars because she deserves them! I was intimidated by the thought of buying a home as a first time buyer, however after our first meeting with Teresa I knew we were in good hands. Her personality is unmatched - fun, professional, knowledgable, and hardworking. She went above-and-beyond to make sure we had a positive experience buying our first home. For example, she often would do walk-throughs of properties before we would see them and was able to point out potential issues with the homes so we knew exactly what we were getting into. She was extremely responsive as well - answering questions, setting up showings last minute, making recommendations for offer submissions, navigating negotiations etc etc all in a very timely manner. In the end we found the perfect home! Again, can't recommend her enough!

Teresa was beyond helpful in our search for and closing on our home! She worked with us through the whole home-buying process, from casually looking at homes on the market to our closing day (and then some!) She was not only helpful in identifying houses we'd be interested in before they'd arrive on MLS sites - she also educated us on the process, how to avoid common pitfalls, and more. My fiance and I wholeheartedly recommend Teresa whether you're buying or selling your home!

Our experience with Teresa was beyond expectation.
When we decided to sell our house I went to a few open houses to speak to the Realtors as part of my research, there was no doubt that once we met Teresa we were convinced she is someone we could work with.
She outlined a plan and she executed on the plan impeccably.
In the beginning of the process she brought in her team of Sheila and Linda who were wonderful to work with. They provided details of what was to be done before staging and Teresa was here to help right through the process.
The house went on market on Friday morning, we had open house on Saturday ( a very large crowd came to the open house) and by Sunday evening we had multiple offers , Teresa went through each offer with us, made recommendations to help us select the right offer.
Teresa is very trust worthy, she is a very hard worker and she did what ever it took to maximize the price with we got for the house.. I highly recommend Teresa to anyone who is buying or selling a home

I had a wonderful experience buying a home with Teresa! I moved from out of state and had never stepped foot in Columbus. Teresa was so helpful in orienting us to Columbus and finding homes well within our price range in convenient neighborhoods. She navigated our hunt in the crazy 2021 market with grace and expertise. I appreciated her honesty as we walked through homes- she pointed out some major problems with homes that would be a headache to fix. I felt like she was committed to finding not just any home for us, but the right home. I really appreciated her advice through the contract negotiation and inspections. Once we found our dream home, she helped us to make a competitive offer that was accepted. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Teresa for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Columbus!

We absolutely loved working with Teresa. Selling and buying a home is always difficult, but the current market makes it almost unbearable. Having Teresa as our partner though the process made it easy and actually fun. After 26 years, we elected to sell the Ohio home in which we had raised our children and had many wonderful family experiences and memories. Teresa helped my wife and me purchase a home in Dublin, Ohio. After looking at various properties throughout Columbus, we pinpointed the area we wanted to be in and Teresa helped get the deal done.
