Teresa, helped us buy the home we recently sold… she was amazing at helping us buy it! We even ran into some kinks w items required by the title company and she got it fixed in no time! She’s very responsive and if there’s a will there’s a way and she will find that way to make your dreams come true… I know it’s difficult to find miracle workers but she is just that! When we sold the home we bought she was absolutely amazing in keeping us informed and letting us know what each step consisted of, she’s great at explaining things in a way that make since because believe me the work she does definitely comes with wisdom! We had our house sold in just under two months even w excepting a VA loan offer witch can sometimes take time!! Absolutely 100% recommend! Highly intelligent determined and very helpful! 10 out of 10!

She’s not good at her job, but phenomenal. After a bad experience with a different realtor buying my first home, I was nervous and hesitant to say the least when it came time to sell my home. After the first time meeting with Teresa, we could see how passionate she is about her business and she took all of our stress and worry away. From the beginning to the end, she was phenomenal. It was obvious from the very beginning how knowledgeable she is in the industry and is committed to making the process as smooth as possible. With her advice and expertise, she was able to get me the maximum value for my house which was even more then I expected. She was there to answer any questions night or day, she went above and beyond to make sure we got maximum value, and even months after the transaction she is still going above and beyond for us keeping in touch and answering all of our random questions. teresa has made our first time home buying process so EASY!!! we’ve heard horror stories about the process and were a little nervous but she has done an outstanding job walking us through from beginning to end. she truly puts her job first and will rush out to look at a home whenever you need. we have never had a time when she couldn’t come out on the northside of indy— and that’s quite a distance for her! we ended up building with lennar, but it still helped immensely having her around because she was there to help US and put OUR interests before the builders. best part is that it cost us nothing! we recommend teresa hands down.

Teresa went above & beyond for us & helped us find the perfect home for our family. She was very professional & knew exactly what she was doing, even working with us with a VA loan. She would answer every single question we had during the entire process no matter what time of the day it was she was super responsive & helpful. We had a roller coaster experience finding a house, it was harder then I thought but Teresa would drop everything & make the time to show us every single house we was interested in & in the end made the process of finding a home so fun. I truly don't even know where to start. Teresa is the absolute best. My husband recently got a promotion and that required us to move out of state. I am currently pregnant and we have a toddler. Talk about a stressful time to move. When we needed to list our house I reached out to her and right off the bat I knew we had the best fit for us. Teresa has made this entire process ENJOYABLE and easy. Something I didn't even think was possible. She has gone above and beyond and quickly became a friend. She was so flexible with our crazy schedule and she NEVER dropped the ball with communication. She kept us in the loop when things came up and we were always aware of what was going on. Teresa has helped me get a plan together to find a house and explained the various programs available for down payment assistance. She makes the nerve wrecking/chaotic process 110% more enjoyable and understanding. I wouldn’t recommend anyone BUT her to help you in the buying/selling process.
