I have worked with Teresa Kraft to sell two homes and buy one and each time the support was amazing. Teresa is very professional and takes the time to know you and what you are looking for in real estate. She is very personable and does her research trying to find you exactly what you want. I would definitely recommend Teresa for anyone looking to buy or sell.

I'm not even sure where to begin when talking about Teresa and our experience working with her. We met in 2007 when she was our realtor and helped us find and purchase the house. A couple of years later I ended up getting transferred just as the realestate market completely collapsed around the nation. So Teresa helped us move in to the lease world and we became landlords. She helped me with 4 or 5 different tenants throughout the years. When we decided to sell the house in 2019 Teresa helped us with setting the price as well as where to put the money in to get the best return on the investment. Throughout the time of trying to sell she went way above and beyond in what anyone should expect a realtor to do because she knew we were not there and she treated the house as though it were her own home in checking on it and reporting to me what was going on. We sold the home in February of 2020 and so closed our chapter in Kentucky. To say Teresa went above and beyond is an understatement and through the entire experience both her and her husband did so many things to help it is hard to even list. She has been more than a realtor and has become a friend who I would say is a great realtor. Give her a chance and I do not believe you will be sorry.
