Teresa Lambert

Teresa Lambert has pursued a lifelong mission to be a positive influence on the folks around her, be they students with special needs or families looking for a new home. Born in Lansing, Michigan, Teresa has been a resident of Jefferson County, Arkansas, for most of her life.

Before entering the real estate arena, Teresa built a successful career in education. A White Hall High School graduate, Teresa went to Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, where she graduated with two degrees, one in Education and one in Psychology. After teaching for a few years in Greenwood, Arkansas, Teresa furthered her education with studies for certification in Special Education at the University of Central Arkansas, then taught Special Education for 9 years.

Teresa fondly remembers one of her Special Education students who applied himself and was able to transition to the regular classroom, graduate from high school and land a good job.

In 1999, Teresa and her family built The New Generation, a 16,000-square-foot preschool facility that is more than a daycare center. Children here are encouraged to learn at their own pace as they play. Teresa proudly notes that 4 of the awesome teachers who joined the school when it opened are still there. The fact that many former New Generation preschoolers are now parents who’ve enrolled their own children in their preschool alma mater is a testament to the quality of care, loving and learning at The New Generation.

Most people would be satisfied with a successful career in education. Not Teresa. Always looking to expand her horizons, she studied real estate at the Denali School in Little Rock and earned her Arkansas real estate license. She hit the ground running in Jefferson County, and within 6 months, achieved the Bronze Award for production from the Arkansas Realtors Association. Teresa has maintained or exceeded that level of production ever since.

Teresa’s fervent desire to provide top-level care to her real estate clients, taking them “to the dotted line and beyond” led her to strike out on her own and found Blue Ink Real Estate. She desired – and built – a real estate firm where clients become friends-for-life. As owner and principle broker, Teresa leads a growing real estate agency that proudly serves all areas of Southeast and Central Arkansas.

Teresa and her partner in business and in life, Jeremy Lambert, are proud, active members of the community, including memberships in both the Pine Bluff and White Hall Chambers of Commerce. Together, they share four children and three beautiful grandbabies who call her “Lolly.” Teresa loves her big family and enjoys spending as much time as possible with them, whether a trip to the beach or dining out. And if you know Teresa, you know what kind of restaurant she’ll choose – Mexican! Did we mention that Teresa loves Mexican food?
