As a Black Hills native, born and raised in Rapid City, Teresa brings the local knowledge and value of intimate familiarity of our cities, towns, counties, neighborhoods, schools, regional economic influences and other important factors when considering an investment in real estate. Teresa was educated at the University of South Dakota, earned a Masters’ degree on line, and spent 20 years devoted to teaching physical education to our youth in the Rapid City School System.
