Teresa has been very lucky to call Santa Cruz County home since 1979! She knows the distinctive flavors of the neighborhoods that make up their beautiful community, and all the best that life here on the Monterey Bay has to offer. Because she has owned and invested in residential real estate, she understands how it feels to be a buyer, seller, and investor. She was 25 when she purchased her first investment property, remodeling and then selling it at a profit within 6 months. The bulk of her professional experience prior to becoming a full time licensed real estate agent was in marketing and sales. She co-owned a real estate communications and marketing company long before she embarked on applying her specialized skillset to help buyers and sellers achieve their personal and financial goals. Her connection to people has always been a top priority; she is a natural networker, and she simply loves bringing people together, both professionally and personally. She has a high level of integrity, honesty, and openness, and she brings those qualities to every relationship she develops, whether with clients, business associates, trade people, friends, or the community at large. She enjoys contributing to her community with her time, talents, and treasure, for the Special Parents Information Network, Women Care, Diversity Center, and the Santa Cruz AIDS Project to name a few. It makes her heart sing to give. She volunteers where she can benefit their area. She has a passion for real estate and enjoys sharing her knowledge, experience, and local connections with others.
