Teresa helped us purchased a very nice condo in Maui recently. Throughout the process, she was extremely professional and helpful. She is very easy to work with, knowledgeable, candid but not pushy. Also, if you get to know her, you'll really liked her personality.

After closing, she is still kindly helping us with a lot of things. We do not live on the island, so this is tremendous help to us.

Teresa was very professional and patient with us for over 3 years as we searched for a perfect condo on Maui. Whenever we would visit the island she was always available and very attentive in showing us numerous properties over the years! We were very particular about finding the perfect condo in the perfect location.
She truly care about helping us find exactly what we wanted and was never pushy always providing a balanced and fair assessment of the properties we viewed.

We first met Teresa at an open house she was holding at an oceanfront community just north of Lahaina. Our immediate impression was, really pleasant, friendly and “ no got to sell you something feeling. We communicated an interest in Puamana which she knew very well. She negotiated on our behalf and while market conditions (2017) predict pricing, we secured our Puamana home for 20K less than asking price. Teresa also put us in contact with John Kevan owner of Maui Paradise Properties whom would lease our home when we were not in Hawaii. This was a very good partnership for over site of our home, maintenance, and profit as well.
Our vacation home interest changed in 2021 and we contacted Teresa regarding selling our home in Puamana. She felt we were under market in our asking price and suggested a starting point, what do you know…within a few days we sold our home to happy buyers just under her suggested price.
During our time of finding Teresa and now, she’s shared her ukulele teacher, best off the grid breakfast place, and shared salmon from her significant other’s Alaska catch, yacht club membership, and many other contacts. We’re great friends, she visit’s us in her family’s home state (Washington) or us in Lahaina. She’s simply the best! Brian and Mona Dimick

In 2018, my husband and I decided it was time to invest in a condo on Maui. Our favorite area of the island has been around Napili and Kapalua, so we walked into Island Sotheby’s office in Napili and had the good fortune to meet Teresa Nelle. She agreed to help us find our perfect one-bedroom condo. We had a wonderful experience with Teresa finding our beloved starter condo. As we frequently visited Maui, it became apparent that our darling one-bedroom condo wouldn’t have enough room for the activities we wanted to do on Maui, so in January of 2021, in a phone call to our now friend, Teresa, we told her we’d like to sell our one-bedroom and upgrade into a two-bedroom condo. She jumped all over our request, even directing a couple she had been currently working with to find a one-bedroom condo to take a remote look at our place. Fortunately this couple loved our place and Teresa set up a contingency sale for them and us reliant upon our finding a two-bedroom to our liking. Surprisingly the first two-bedroom condo Teresa took me to see is the one we ended up buying. Within 24 hours of seeing the new condo, she had an offer written up, and after a bit of back and forth with the seller, both we and the buyers of our one-bedroom had deals in place. How Teresa managed to put so much in place with such ease to benefit both sides of the equation happened with almost frightening speed and professionalism. She has been wonderful to work with, and has become an even closer friend after such an incredible experience.

Right from the start, I really appreciated how Teresa was open to help me with any and all questions about one of her listings even though I wasn't ready to commit or sign up with her exclusively.. That didn't hinder her helpfulness or how she made herself available to me..

She offered to do video call showings for me as I am on the mainland, and I fell in love with the right place pretty quickly from one of her searches she had done for me.. Throughout the entire buying process, I appreciated how she was was extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, helpful and not pushy or impatient with my concerns and questions along the way.

She brought up some concerning questions of her own, during escrow, which I really appreciated that could have led to unforeseen financial expenses for us after the close.. She was not hesitant to dig to the root of this issue, and to make sure that I felt confident and completely secure with the answers we got, before moving forward.

After closing, she is still kindly helping with miscellaneous details, which means A LOT, as we are not able to be there in person yet.

I definitely recommend Teresa. It is easy to see she loves Maui and loves helping people discover it. You can tell she cares deeply about finding the right fit for her client.. Teresa Nelle has gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable the whole way.
