Teresa was awesome to work with and took care of every detail in the sale of my parents' house after their passing. There were some hiccups along the way, but she knew exactly how to keep things moving, worked closely with the title company, and kept us notified of everything. She took so much pressure off of us and we are so grateful that it went as smooth as it did and even closed on time. She's a true professional and caring person.

We moved to the Tri-Cities for a job promotion on short notice. We found Teresa online the first weekend we were here visiting, and to our surprise she was able to meet with us that very afternoon. She knows the Tri-Cities quite well, and offered some great advice on which neighborhoods and areas were the most desirable and would best meet our needs. It took us about three months from that initial meeting until we were in a position to actually make an offer on a home here, and Teresa patiently helped us the entire time, even offering advice on selling the home we were moving out of in another real estate market. Once we found the home we wanted, she helped us through all the ups and downs associated with a real estate transaction, often answering messages late into the evening or early in the morning. We're thrilled with our new (to us) home, and thankful for Teresa's hard work to make it happen.

Teresa is one of the best real-estate agents I have ever had in my experience in buying houses. When I was selling my house a few months back, I didn’t know who to call until one of my friends recommended her to me. I ended up calling Teresa and after talking to her for a bit I asked her to look at my house and create a price. I called a lot of agents at the time, and each one told me a price that was less than what Teresa had put it for. She was able to get me the highest price for my house and all while selling the house in less than a day! And along with that, as I was looking for a new home, Teresa was always willing to let me know about the newest properties and homes that were being put on the market. She was guiding me through the entire process and letting me know what was best for me and my family. Thanks to Teresa, I live in a wonderful home that I wouldn’t have been able to get without her.
