Teresa was more than helpful throughout our search for a house in Weston/Pembroke Pines area. She went out of her way to find out our needs then tailor a plan that is specific to us. Teresa was also very familiar with the area. As a result we were able to find that perfect house and close on it within a week. The aftersales service is the best part, she never stopped being attentive and helpful, especially considering that we won't be settling into our new house until at least half a year later. She helped us through the post closing process including utilities, landscaping, pool, community association registrations and etc. Overall we are more than delighted to have Teresa as our realtor, and we will have her as our realtor for our 2nd house. Over the past several years we have placed numerous offers on homes (and we are well qualified). No deal ever went through and each previous realtor never communicated what was happening (or not) during the process. Teresa is the exception. She communicates quickly, honestly, and keeps you informed throughout the entire process.
