Teresa was GREAT ! She helped us coordinate the sale of my husbands father's estate. There were a few tricky issues she helped us navigate through and communicate with our estate lawyer. She was very thorough, professional, and communicated well and often during the whole process. The home was listed and we had multiple offers immediately resulting in a quick sale. Would highly recommend working with her in selling your home!

Teresa was wonderful to work with. She was very accomodating setting up showings in at least four different counties in both Illinois and Wisconsin. With her help we ultimately found just what we were looking for. She explained things we didn't understand and pointed out issues we might have missed. I wish I could give 10 stars. I was already working with a realtor but did not feel comfortable. I google WI & Il realtors cause I was looking in both places, I came across Teresa and gave her a call, from the very first phone call I knew I made the right choice. Teresa is knowledgeable in a way that she makes the process appear easy, when we all know its not. She even told us things about the process that my lender did not tell me. Teresa not only showed us houses with features we were interested in, she guided us to and away from houses that could have been trouble for us down the road. Me and my family really felt like we had someone in our corner and she only cared about what was best for our family. I wont be buying anymore houses soon but if your in the market you will not be regret making Teresa your realtor.

Whole process from seeing to closing was very smooth with Teresa. Her online e-mail collaboration center was a great tool as it gave live market updates regarding listings which was very helpful. She was very proactive throughout the process and helped with all the questions or concerns.
