Teresa Stutes

Teresa is a lifelong resident of Alaska who grew up in Cordova and moved with family to Kodiak in 1963 (right before the well-known earthquake that shook Alaska to its core). I grew up in a family fishing environment and ended up marrying a fisherman and having 4 children.
When my youngest was 5 I opened up a retail clothing store and raised my children as a single mom during this time. They were the best dressed kids in town?.
After deciding to get out of retail I sold my building, to what became a new real estate business, and I eventually became a Realtor with that company. I worked for this company for many years then needed a change and went over to RE/MAX after they had been opened for a year.
Kodiak has my heart and its unique charm it has to offer. It is one of the most beautiful places I have seen and I cannot see myself living anywhere else. My interest lies in music, art, walks/hikes, family, beach combing, and of course real estate.
