I was in a tough situation after my husband passed away. I needed to sell our home and find another home for myself. I met Teresa at an open house and loved her kindness, ability to understand and appreciate my circumstances, and her professionalism. Throughout the next several months, she was responsive, encouraging, and helpful. After I found a new home and prepared to put ours up for sale, her professional advice helped me handle all issues, and we communicated clearly & often. Expert photography and Teresa's beautiful staging of the home brought it new life and appeal to just the right buyer. I highly recommend this 5 star realtor!

Where do I even begin? I am a real estate agent myself, but I'm on "referral" status, so I don't actively buy or sell real estate. I recently sold my home and purchased a new home, and I enlisted Teresa Winfield's help for both. I've worked with Teresa as her transaction coordinator for several years now, but being the buyer and seller has been a completely different experience! Teresa is truly EXCEPTIONAL in every aspect of the process. On the listing side: She brought over tons of personal items and even furniture to stage our home before photos and showings. She made our home have that extra something that was missing. We got an offer after the very first showing! I have no doubt that the reason behind that was the beautiful staging. On the buying side: She took her time to do quite a few showings for us before we found our new home. It was funny that by the time she saw the first few homes with us, she knew what we'd like and dislike even before we did. She was a listening ear to bounce ideas off of, and she gave me great advice when I was ready to write an offer. She also kept me calm during an appraisal issue, telling me that we'd get through it, and we did! I can't sing her praises quite loudly enough. She has so many gifts, including the uncanny ability to envision the endgame (buyers in their new homes) and being truly perseverant and faithful about getting you there. Teresa is the most wonderful, awesome, outstanding, hardworking, sweet hearted real estate agent and I would recommend her to anyone - EVERYONE - looking to buy or sell their home!

I can say up front Teresa is a 10/10 realtor, referred to us, , with a long and real history of helping people buy & sell homes. She's a professional, knowledgeable, has an incredible work ethic, is personable, great to work with, and achieved all our goals. We never regretted hiring or working with her.
To tell a little more of our story, my mom was in hospice and all our family lived outside of Kansas. So, trying to sell our parents cherished family home of 60 years long distance was going to be a challenge. Their home was an extension of their legacy and our family, so it was important it was sold in a way that honored them.
We were not interested in renovation, we just wanted to find that balance of upgrades & maintenance to get a top dollar price for a move-in ready house. Teresa and I worked together LONG DISTANCE towards preparing the house for sale, from interior painting, to repairs & minor upgrades, to cleaning up the landscape.
Teresa went beyond that of a realtor, acting more like a contractor as well. I was able to make decisions and be in communication, but she provided advice, recommendations for contractors, estimates, met workers morning day or night, and was my eyes in Wichita since I could not be there, even providing pics & videos.
Teresa is not average. Best is always her goal. She did Facebook sneak peeks prior to listing to get folks excited before the listing hit the market. She staged the house herself! And was of course knowledgeable on everything related to the real estate process, comps, determining "the sweet spot" as she called it, for our list price, and guided us through the offer, negotiation, inspection and closing process.
I trusted her implicitly as a knowledgeable professional, & felt comfortable asking questions, but also making suggestions, and feeling in charge, as the client. The relationship was one of mutual respect.
While I've written mostly of the experience, ultimately what was most important is that we achieved our goals.
we had more than one offer and sold our house in less than 30 days, for full asking price, and in "as is" condition. My parents would be proud!

She has great contacts, connections, and relationships with a team of local contractors that do great quality work at reasonable prices.
