When we decided to explore Foresthill, CA as a possible location to buy a home, we had no idea who to contact. Lyon Real Estate referred us to Teri. We could not have been asking or wishing for a better realtor!! Not only did she spend all the time we needed showing us a variaty of properties in our price range, she was NEVER pushy and tried to let us look at houses that is out of our price range. She accompanied us in our journey of finding a house, making an offer, negotiating, doing the inspections whilst sharing her expertise, being available 24/7 and being the example of what the perfect buyers realtor should be. I would refer Teri with the biggest confidence to anybody who is looking to buy OR sell in California's Placer and Nevada Counties.
