Teri was WONDERFUL to work with while searching for our new home! As first time home buyers, we weren't completely sure of the process and which steps we should do in which order, but Teri and her team helped us through it all and made sure we stayed on track. She was also extremely helpful in coordinating our closing date and all of our inspections once we went under contract.
the BEST realtor We could have hoped for. They truly went above and beyond. We feel so blessed that she was our realtor. I would highly recommend Teri and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.

Teri was able to set a good price for what I needed done and had a condo sell in under two days and for more then asking price. She was very thorough in insuring that the unit was set-up for showing. I am very pleased with the results.

Teri is a fabulous realtor and really helped negotiate the sale, going out of her way to help schedule cleaning, yardwork, photos, etc. when I was unable to do so because I was out of town. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs a reliable, responsive realtor.
