Teri Jones

Teri is a sincere, committed and experienced Real Estate Consultant who has served the Richmond, Metropolitan area for over 35 years. She is a product of the Richmond Public School System and a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University. From her entrepreneurial beginnings working in her family’s dry-cleaning business since before the age of 12, she was taught the importance of great customer service. Being taught at a young age that it is the customer you are here to serve with your product, knowledge and expertise you realize what a great honor it is to be in such a position. Teri has a long record of successfully helping her clients with all of their Real Estate needs. Whether it’s a helping a Buyer from ”credit to closing” or a Seller from “pricing it right to getting it SOLD” she has a proven track record of making her clients home dreams come true.

Specializing in Residential sales, Teri has honed her skills on putting all of the pieces of a real estate puzzle together. Sometimes it’s finding a Buyer a zero down payment loan program so that they don’t have to come out of their pocket with a lot of money and other times its helping a Seller stage their home or make improvements that bring top returns on investment. She has the "know how" to get the job done!
