Teri worked with us for almost a year to find us our perfect home. She is always available and goes above and beyond. If we were out of town she went to open houses for us, if we were interested in a home she immediately set something up for us.

I worked with Teri Minard, CB remotely as I was living on the East Coast. Starting at the end of March, I was able to purchase a lovely bungalow in Minneapolis by the end of June. As we were working together from a distance and during an unprecedented pandemic, I would say this was an amazing partnership. Teri is very good at all aspects of this business: she took the time to understand my requirements for the purchase, she brings to bear a lot of prior experience from business and she knows all aspects of the real estate purchase in great detail. Teri is very well- connected to the Twin Cities and can recommend services needed for the purchase and after: Home Loan Broker, Inspections, and so on. Teri negotiated on my behalf and paid attention to detail (for instance, keeping track of the small repairs we asked to be completed and ensuring the previous owner kept home/yard up while as we moved toward close). I always felt I had an advocate in the process. Teri is a great professional and it was a pleasure to work with her.
