Teri and Taylor have managed my property since 2/2015 and have done a very good job overall. We have had a grand total of two tenants since then, keeping turnover costs down, certainly not an easy task in the area that my condo is in. They also have (reasonably) raised the rent several times based upon the going rates in the area, which has helped increase the value on my investment. Any accounting questions/issues are resolved very quickly with these folks. I look forward to our continued business.

I have used Parker Properties for many years for management of a condo unit I rent out. Teri and her team take on the headaches for me. They find good renters, collect the rent, and deal with any late payments. They address maintenance problems with the tenant, find the appropriate service provider and get the work done. Every year they check the fire and CO2 alarms. At tax time, they give me a statement with the breakdown of income and expenses. It has been a relief having them and well worth the cost of their services.

Parker properties is all around Great at what they do. I had some tenants that they were managing and I was very happy with the tenants that they found for me Also they found the tenets really quick and did not charge much for managing In my opinion. when I decided to sell my home Parker properties Manage to help us sell it At a price That was a lot more than other realestate agents thought we would ever get for the home And they found me a buyer very quick as well. I'm definitely going to continue doing business with Parker properties in the future, Very happy customer here.
