Teri Woods boasts an impressive 31-year career in the real estate industry. Holding a broker's license in both the state of Maine and New Hampshire, she has the capacity to represent clients across the seacoast region. Before joining BHG The Masiello Group, Teri successfully owned and managed her own real estate company. She is an active member of esteemed industry organizations, including the National Association of Realtors, the Maine Association of Realtors, the York County Council, and the New Hampshire Seacoast Board of Realtors.

Throughout her illustrious career, Teri has garnered numerous accolades and accomplishments. Notably, she has been honored as Realtor of the Year and consistently achieved the greatest number of closed units in the York/BHG Masiello office in 2007, 2008, and 2009. Her exceptional performance earned her a place in the Leadership Circle in 2013, followed by President's Circle recognition in 2014 and 2015. In both of these years, she achieved the #2 ranking in York Office Closed Dollar Volume and Transactions. Teri continued her remarkable journey by securing a spot in the President's Circle once more in 2016.
