Terra is truly an exceptional agent. A neighbor recommended her, and we are very grateful to have her team represent us in the sale of our home. Buying a house in this market can be difficult and frustrating, But Terra's encouraging spirit, her availability, her knowledge and her resources made the process so much easier. The team of Terra and Carly were so accommodating. Whether we wanted to look at 5 houses in a day or text her or call they were available at a moments notice. Everyone she referred to us for services were top notch. The inspector she referred was able to detect a problem with a house that would have been disastrous had the purchase gone through. Once we found the perfect home Terra's resources made the process smooth and painless. Both Carly and Terra continue to provide resources even after we closed. Their professionalism and commitment is rare and so appreciated. If you are thinking of buying a home, do yourself a favor, give Terra King a call.

It was a pleasure working with Terra. This was our first time buying land to build and there was a lot we didn’t know. Terra helped us every step of the way. She researched possible tax breaks, made phone calls on our behalf about zoning, recommend builders in the area and just an all around pleasure to work with.

Terra is an excellent realtor and an absolute pleasure to work with. We interviewed 4 realtors and immediately connected with her on a personal level and quickly realized the benefits her professional knowledge and years of experience offered. On the very first call, we explained some of the work that needed to be done to get our house ready for sale and the challenges of locating the necessary materials given the supply chain issues. Without any commitment to work with her, she gave us a couple of resources. Those resources worked out AND saved us over $2000 compared to other resources we looked into! Terra is the best realtor I've ever worked with. My opinion of realtor was not good until now. I sold my last house my self due to my opinion of realtors. Terra knows the market and kept current with our (buyer) changing criteria. Being new to the area we wanted a realtor we could count on to work with our schedules and listen to what we were looking for albeit changing as we looked at properties. Terra was extremely helpful when we began our search for a new home. Coming from New Jersey, we depended on her to recommend an up and coming neighborhood that would meet our needs now and in the future. We gave her our budget and listed all of our must haves.
