They felt like freedom, accomplishment, and excitement. I remember signing my name on that last sheet of paper and being handed those gold keys, that opened the door to my first home. I had dreamed of that day for years and it was finally here. As I felt that excitement, I couldn’t help but think, “I’d love to help other people feel this same way.”

My journey to becoming a REALTOR started in that moment. Life took some turns that sent me in different directions. When I became a mom, I stayed home with my kids until my youngest was school age. When he entered Kindergarten, I was able to use my bachelor’s degree in teaching to become a teacher at my children’s private school. I enjoyed being a teacher, however that thought of helping people feel the way I felt when I bought my first home, tugged at me still. So, I took a risk and started on the road toward real estate and here I am!

I’ve heard it said, “Find a job you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life.” That’s how I feel helping people, like you, find their dream home. Whether its your first home or your fourth.
