Terri Cicchetti came into a tense situation selling my home, because it was being sold due to divorce. The previous real estate agents had issues dealing with my ex-wife, who was still living in the property. Terri handled her beautifully.

Terri moved very quickly to do the initial home value evaluation. She made excellent suggestions on staging the furnishings.

After the evaluation and staging, my home was on the market in less than a week. The real estate listing was very professional. After the first week, I received several substantial offers for my property.

My home was under contract in less than 10 days.

Terri was extremely responsive to all my inquires and questions. The escrow and closing went super smooth.

She was invaluable in getting my home sold very quickly and for substantially more than the asking price.

I highly recommend anyone selling a home in the Northern California/Sacramento area...hire Terri Cicchetti!

She remained consistent in her follow up with us over the years to make sure that we were on track with our timeline. Terri is the best agent out there she went above and beyond for us and found us the perfect home. she was available day and night, got us in to see places even though they weren’t available yet.
