As one professional to another – it does not get much better! Her real estate skills, professionalism and communication with all parties is the best. She collaborates with her clients and provides positive end results!
And yes, I am going to go on....... Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. Terri gets that! She becomes emotionally” invested in helping you sell or buy your home! Properly setting, managing, and working with expectations – it is a stressful experience, with good/bad, etc.... and she makes it seem so easy! This is an invaluable quality to have, not everyone has it.

Terri Hagen was our realtor. We interviewed 3 different realtors and we are incredibly happy with our final choice. We chose Terri because she was personable and professional. She was communicative but not overly invasive. I could tell she wanted what was best for us and we mattered...we weren't just another client. We were moving overseas and were out of the country for closing. She was accommodating for our situation and helped arrange all the necessary appointments (house cleaning, minimal repairs, etc.). It was so helpful to entrust these tasks to her and know that she had vetted the people she recommended. We 1000% would choose Terri again and recommend her highly to anyone seeking to purchase or sell a home.

Terri gets the job done. We relocated our family from Utah to Washington and Terri went above and beyond to help us find the right home for us. She has an amazing tool box of knowledge and resources. Moving far away from a place that we were born and raised in was a recipe for stress, but when we found Terri, most of that stress went away because we immediately knew we were in good hands.
