Never a problem with communicating with her. She answers your calls, replies promptly with to your e-mails, a true professional that is completely focused on the sale of your home with the price you had in mind. Terri was outstanding in assisting us in buying our new home in Gold Canyon. She was communicative, a great listener (my husband and I had different priorities) and such a trooper checking out homes that were sometimes in sub par neighborhoods (not GC). Although I don't recommend buying a home sight unseen as we did, Terri and the FaceTime walkthroughs made it a positive experience and our purchase could not suit us better (and in a lovely neighborhood). I can not speak highly enough of Terri regarding her professionalism and delightful warm personality. She will work hard to assist you in buying or selling a home.
