Terri Orlando brings exceptional creativity, integrity, and understanding of what drives buyer decision-making to real estate. Terri is also a distinguished Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), and an Accredited Staging Real Estate Professional. Her extensive experience in design and renovations make her uniquely qualified to advise her clients on what improvements to make in anticipation of selling to maximize a property's resale value.

As the Team’s Staging and Pre-Listing Specialist, Terri consults with clients on all Pre-Listing Improvements. This includes developing a comprehensive plan for design and staging, all while working within each homeowner’s budget, and in many cases, without any upfront costs for clients who list their homes for sale with the team. Whether renovating an entire home in a Palm Beach Golf Community, making a renter’s small Manhattan apartment feel like home, sprucing up a grand Manhasset estate, staging an outdoor space at a gated community in Jericho, or simply decluttering and staging modest homes in Glen Cove and Roslyn, Terri will help you to successfully sell, buy or rent beautifully!

In addition to collaborating with the team, she has her own design and staging business, Very Terri Design, LLC. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman Real Estate, Terri worked at a prominent international real estate firm based in Long Island and held a position on the onsite sales team representing one of the most exciting new developments to come to Long Island, The Ritz-Carlton Residences in North Hills, NY.

Terri graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Terri also serves on the Architectural Review Board for the Village of North Hills and the Manhasset Women’s Breast Cancer Coalition in Outreach, helping women going through treatment.
