Over 25 years of Experience. A lot of real estate agents have 10, 15 or even 20
years “in the business” but this does not necessarily translate to Experience. My
experience comes not from the years, but from handling over 650 transactions
for over $200 Million in transactional volume.

Sometimes an agent’s “experience” is not enough because they have a lot of
experience in one type of real estate transaction. My 650+ trips to the closing
table include Residential (with over 50 homes sold for $400k plus), Commercial,
Investment Properties, land tracts, sub-division lots, new construction, rehabs,

Terri Scheper with NextHome Specialists is without reservation the absolute best sales agent in South Carolina. Assisted me a number of times over the years with real estate transactions and/or questions. A total expert when it comes to lake properties and greater Columbia area. Very fair, honest and personable. So easy to work with. Have referred her to many others over the years. Do not post reviews as much as I should. In this case should have posted more over the years. Cannot go wrong with Terri. Helped me with another lake property less than a year ago and do not know which direction I would have done without all the options she gave me. She is the best.

The main reason we got in contact with Terri, was because she was the listing agent and when we called the sign she answered the phone!. This is rare for an agent and since both transactions we have stayed in touch and I am always amazed at how much Terri and her team care and really understand the local market.
