Terri is the creme de la creme in the real estate industry! I’ve had the opportunity to work with many professionals and few are as knowledgeable and personable as Terri. She goes above and beyond to educate and wisely represent her clients - I really appreciate her videos on dealing with being a buyer in today’s crazy market! We just can't say enough about Terri Theodore. First of all, she is one of the nicest and the most honest person you will ever meet! That being said, if you are looking for a top notch realtor to buy of sell your property, we are telling you to stop looking, Terri is your agent! No question! We just hired Terri to sell my mothers condo. What Terri did to make it happen was incredible. Starting with the professional photographer, making the property look as if you where standing in it. Next, the stunning color brochures and the outstanding social media presence couldn't be better. Now it's time to decide on the asking price. Terri was very knowledgeable on the area and the properties, it was a no brainer. Terri said "trust me" and it was the best thing we ever did! We got more for the condo then we hoped for. Oh, did I mention, Terri sold it in two days!
However, what really stood out was the service Terri provided. Her knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail is exceptional. She hand-held when needed and advised when warranted. We feel she had our best interests at heart and that goes a long way. I recommend Terri Theodore for all of your real estate undertakings. You will not be disappointed!

Terri was the listing agent on the current home I purchased, which means her primary interest was with the family that she listed the home for that I bought. That being said, Terri cared just as much for my side of the transaction as she did for the family she was listing the home for. Her level of Professionalism and caring nature are truly amazing. Terri is absolutely the best! She is or one and only real estate agent. She was prompt and friendly with us and very patient as well while we saw many houses in different neighborhoods. What I really liked was that she pointed out faults in certain houses that we missed and that helped us get a great house. She helped us get in at last minute houses as well and made our house hunting as enjoyable and informative as we have hoped. Thank you so much Terri. And no we are not related!
