Terria Judge

Hi! My name is Terria Judge, and I have lived in Garden City since April 1980. I raised my four children in this great city.

My husband and I live in the beautiful Southwind Country Club area of Garden City.

I am a third generation Realtor-I guess you could say I grew up in the business. I always carry my cell phone as it is my goal to provide excellent service to my clients. One way I do that is to be available practically 24-7.

I have a Masters degree in Management, but more importantly, I have completed hundreds of hours of real estate courses and exams to obtain and maintain my license in Kansas, which I have held since 1986. I am a Broker Associate, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), and a graduate of the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).
